Devon's Coast to Coast route combines the well-established Two Moors Way (between Ivybridge and Lynmouth) with the Erme-Plym Trail, starting (or finishing) at Wembury in the South Devon AONB.
The route crosses two of south-west England's magnificent moorlands - Dartmoor and Exmoor - and gives the walker the chance to experience all that this rural county has to offer as it passes over peaceful rolling hills, through wooded combes and picturesque villages, starting and ending on the beautiful Devon coast.
